The business training market is flooded with learning opportunities and a (very) wide range of incredibly useful information. The challenge today, is not in finding a course or that bit of knowledge you are lacking – it’s in sifting through the unbelievable amount of choice.
For small business owners this amount of choice represents two threats:
- An extra squeeze on their time to evaluate the right route and
- A cost of investing time and money in something that they did not have enough time (or know-how) to evaluate properly
At Your Business Matters we work hard to minimise and hopefully eradicate those two threats.
We put the business owner’s time and energy commitment at the heart prioritising the most suitable training and up-skilling route. We recognise that these needs will shift over time and evolve over the duration of the business’ life.
Our process involves our programme attendees completing a thought-through evaluation of themselves and their businesses – before a learning path is put together. You can of course self-evaluate and select the programme you know is right for you.
Barbara and her hand-selected team of trainers and seminar leaders are practical, experienced professionals who have done the work that they teach others.
Our ethos is to ensure that you not only learn new skills, but that you can implement these in a practical and reasonable manner when you go back to your office.
